RETURN FORM
If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 30 days after receiving them. Send the return form, filled in, along with your products to the address below. In case the form isn’t completely filled in, we can not accept your return.
To qualify for the return of your purchase money or exchange, we need to receive the product in its original state. The product can not contain traces of use. We have the right to refuse returns if we think the product is used or damaged.
A return needs to be provided with a track & trace code and the customer is responsible for the delivery.
